The Lugarde Rollright is created in the classic log cabin design, with a front facing apex roof and attractive Georgian style windows and doors. The @ 3 x 3 metre interior creates plenty of space within the building, whilst the side elevation window allows in ample light towards the back of the cabin. Ideal for use as a garden dining room or snug, the enlarged floor space and apex roof provide enough room for furniture and help create a light, airy feeling space. Complete with 44mm Scandinavian pine log walls, 19mm floor boards and double glazing. The image accompanying this ad. is not of the item for sale, but of an identical structure appearing on the manufacturers web-site. This structure has served various uses since being professionally installed as a garden office approximately 12 years ago. The timbers remain in excellent condition & the structure is totally sound, although as can be expected, it shows signs of wear & has a hole cut in the rear to vent a dryer, with another to accommodate a mains electricity supply. The exterior has been coated with dark wood treatment & a fresh coat will be required to freshen its appearance. Some of the window bars are missing, (see image) as they are purely decorative pieces, previously glued to the double glazed window units. Internally the timbers remain untreated natural pine, although the floor has some inevitable discolouration through use. Now disassembled & stored inside with some very minor damage occurring during this process, it would possible to provide further images upon request, although a viewing is recommended. Furthermore, this is a very reasonably priced for a product which would cost in the region of £4K new, a little basic carpentry & a coat of paint will bring this structure back to its former glory for a fraction of the cost.
