Nearly new lounger style sofa from SCS was purchased about 2 years ago. Has only recently been used as we have moved house and before it was in the best room and was never sat upon. Since we moved 4 months ago it has been used everyday, only selling as it is too big for the room and need something smaller. NO TEARS OR RIPS. Zips are all in excellent condition as it has hardly been used. No marks either. Also I have a matching swivel chair this has had more use but no tears or rips and in excellent condition. Santiago Corner Sofa - Dark Brown from SCS Left bend and is supposed to seat 5, but can fit many more people on it. Dimensions are roughly (to the longest point for each side) 2.65 x 2.5m. It is is good condition - a few spots of leather wear, but that's to be expect and reflected in the price. Otherwise the unit looks in pretty good condition and has no sign of sponge/seats collapsing. Comes from a pet and smoke free home. We bought it around 5-6 years ago for £... we are moving house and this one won't fit the layout of our new room.
