It is with much sadness that I am having g to re-home my beautiful boy Dougie. We adore this Dog, however he is not happy in our noisy home. Dougie has always been a fearful boy, he takes a while to trust people. He adores those who he knows and is fine if people are patient and don't just go straight in for a pat on the head. Dougie will need an experienced big dog handler. Despite our best efforts...we are not getting the best out of him. He currently lives with small children who he adores most the time but he isn't always appreciative of noise and attention they bring. Therefore a child free home is needed. I'm desperately looking for a happy retirement home from my huskamute, he is such a good boy in the house I can't fault him, he just chills out all day, when we go for a walk (every morning) if I let him off the lead I muzzle him as he isn't happy with other male dogs, just likes females. He really is a gem, acts like a four year old when out and about but you wouldn't know u had him in your house when home. The only reason I'm looking for a perfect retirement home is because my male bully has really taking a disliking to him and he is always trying to dominate him causing fight and it's not Kyles fault he just wants to be left in peace. He is the perfect gent. I would love him to go to an older person who is still very active and he will get out and about on his walks etc and will have company at home. He is a house dog. Our Dam had 4 healthy puppies born on 24th October . We have two Blue/Fawn Brindle trim male puppies left looking for forever homes to be waited on hand and foot..... They are KC registered and will come with papers, 5 weeks free pet insurance and microchipped. They will be wormed to date. Ancestry from Oakbark and other champion lines. Both have been raised with children, other family dog and treated has part of our family. So no long days kept in a pen, they sleep with pur dogs - they love to soicalise and have cuddles. They do however love short walks (people have a crazy idea they need loads of walking, but usually after 20 minutes they want their sofa back) and sofa cuddles. Health wise Whippets are healthy as long as you keep them warm and not over execrising them. Winter/rain coats are a must. These are our first litter and will be fussy who they go too.
