When delivering your appliance we will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. This is subject to the size of the product (getting past obstructions / through doorways) and also in weight. If the team cannot safely move the appliance to the desired room then they will deliver it to the nearest point. They are also not allowed to move any windows, doors etc. The delivery drivers will make every effort to protect your appliance or home from any damage but it is your responsibility for example to move any ornaments or putting a protective layer on the floor to protect it. Unwanted products must be returned back to our shop within 7 days of purchase at the buyers own costs and returned in the same condition you received it in.
