For sale a beautiful 5”gauge Polly One live steam locomotive with recent hydraulic and steam tests. Hydraulic expires Steam expires . In extremely good mechanical condition and with a really good paint finish. These little Polly engines have a fine reputation for being good steamers, easy to manage and with a good load pulling capacity. It has and injector, axle pump and auxiliary hand pump a mechanical oiler and steam whistle. All original paperwork for the boiler together with the current certificates and a scheme of examination included. Polly engineering are still producing these engines and to build one today would cost £ plus ancillaries (paint etc) Just realised on taking pics that having been stood for a while the engine would benefit from a clean and polish which I will attend to before this listing ends.
