47ft Narrowboat / live aboard / liveaboard / houseboat / narrow boat

Beautiful 47ft project boat, will make a great home for somebody whilst finishing her off (I've lived aboard for the past 6 months as she is, so you have many options). Gorgeous mooring in Keynsham, directly between Bath and Bristol, perfect for commuting, yet peaceful and tranquil enough to remind you that you're not in the city. She came out of the water August and was fully re blacked / bitumen and the hull looked great (so I was told by the previous owner, although they didn't have a hill survey done so you may wish to do this?) She has beautiful windows which come out fully, perfect in the summer! And great space front and back. Inside you will find a great single ottoman bed with loads of storage, cassette toilet, gorgeous living area with a log burner and plenty of comfortable living space. The kitchen is where the work (in my opinion) is needed. There is currently no running water. I haven't personally started the engine since I bought it 7 months ago as I've had no need, so if you're buying this as a cruiser please know what you're looking at before asking me loads of questions as I will not know the answer.
