Lissan Horse Riders are pleased to announce that due to popular demand we are having another open day & BBQ on Saturday 17th September starting at am. The last horse will be going out at 300 pm. Adults £15, Under 18's £10. Riding Hats & Boots must be worn and children must wear a back protector. With hacking & jumping options around this stunning 300 acre estate, we provide a safe environment of off road trails with over 40 natural type jumps over a 4 or 6 mile route. Please note you can join our annual membership - £100 single or £150 family for unlimited use of the estate as you please, any time! Great for natural fence and Xc schooling. Due to ongoing illness I am looking for reliable and caring riders to accompany me on steady hacks riding my gorgeous 14.1 Bright Bay Welsh X. (21 years old). Brie is a very safe ride and is a real confidence giver. This opportunity is perfect for someone wanting to return to riding after time off (for whatever reason) or anyone who is wanting to gain experience riding out. Brie is stabled alongside my other horse on a livery yard in the Almondbury area of Huddersfield. This can be a " hands on " or a " Ride only " basis so this can suit a variety of riders.
