This washing machine is required to be collected by SATURDAY 16th September men are required to carry this due to weight of item. LG washing machine F12U1TCN4 partially faulty. Dimensions - 850mm (H) x 600mm (W) x 580 (D). Good points: 1. Only used for 2yrs 9months with no scratches or dents. 2. Washes and spin dry clothes perfectly. 3. Inverter motor meaning super quiet operation with another 7yrs guarantee on the motor. 4. Sleek looking and ALL touch control. 5. Original price £. A+++ efficiency rating. 7. 8kg max. Load Bad points: 1. DE2 fault code (see photo). This means it locks by itself and door cannot be opened until the unit is turned off from the mains. After 3 minutes it will automatically unlock itself and the door CAN be opened as normal. 2. Manufacturer warranty has expired. This washing machine still works but has a problem with the locking mechanism which after washing requires the mains to be turned off and a 3 minute wait time before you can open the door. Below are the steps to follow to be able to use this washer as normal and assess whether these steps are livable for you. 1. Open the door while the mains is OFF. 2. Load the clothes into the washer and add soap in the dispensing cabin. 3. Turn ON the mains switch. 4. Turn ON the washing machine. - leave the door open. 5. Set the cycle, temperature etc. you require. 6. Close the door and play start. 7. After wash turn off washer and mains power. 8. Wait for 3 minutes. 9. Open the door. I'm sad to see this unit go but I just had it replaced by a new washer via insurance so please do grab a bargain here. Due to the weight and size of the item, 2 men are required for collection and this MUST be collected no later than Saturday 16th September . Cash on collection please. Hello there, Looking for faulty or working washing machine and dryers in good cosmetic order. I recycle and repair them and clean them up for resale to other people that need them at reasonable prices in the community. So if you decide you are buying a new machine rather than get the guys to take it away and chuck it in some mine field please help save the planet and give another person the opportunity to enjoy it as a need in their homes.
