As graded items some may have accessories missing which in no way will affect the functioning of the item. Manuals do not always come with appliances but are easily downloaded on the internet. For items bought online we will describe honestly any blemishes to the item and will send pictures if requested. Items are non-refundable. Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down.
