On most occasions items are in stock with our suppliers but we will contact you if the item you requested is out of stock with options of an alternative, a lead time on the requested item or a refund. Orders placed over the weekend for next day products will be processed on the Monday for Tuesday delivery. If you require a Saturday delivery, we would urge you to get in touch with us before making your purchase in order for us to source a courier. If you purchase a bed marked as a next day item and wish to receive delivery on an alternative day, there is a "preferred delivery date" option at checkout where you can advise us of a more convenient delivery date. Saturday Delivery A Saturday delivery option can be chosen on all our products. This option costs £40 and is presented at the shipping method stage of checkout. Highlands Some of our products may take 7-10 days to deliver to certain Highland regions, we will always make every effort to ensure the goods are delivered to you as soon as possible and are here to help with any questions you may have. Isle of Man We deliver to the Isle of Man, although delivery may take 7-10 days depending on the items ordered and shipping dates. Delivery Availability We are proud to offer free delivery on all our products, if you are not available to receive your goods on the arranged day and delivery fails, we hold the right to charge you for the re-delivery. If you can not take delivery of items on a proposed day, please do get in touch with us at the earliest convenience so we can arrange a suitable day for your delivery. Returns An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with his purchase for any reason they may, within fourteen days of delivery, contact the Seller's customer service department to notify them that they wishes to return some or all items from his order. The Buyer can either arrange to return the goods themself to Beds4U.com at there own cost or they may ask Beds4U.com to collect the goods in which case the Buyer will be charged £45 collection charge which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover cost of failed collection. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened or slept on cannot be returned.Please note a restocking charge of 15% will be charged on any items returned.
