Beautiful leather 3 seater settee encased in a solid carved wooden surround. In excellent used condition due to it being rarely used. We had 2 identical settees in our last house (one which we have sold) each settee cost £840. As we have recently downsized our house this settee is no longer required. The colour of the leather is oxblood and the wood is a dark cherry. Wooden Fire Surround - brown with carved edge

Wooden Fire Surround - part of our now removed fireplace (see last photo of this in situ). Never painted, and has a satin finish. This was clearly secondhand when installed by the previous owners of our house - it looks as if it dates from some when in the earlier part of the 20th century, but I'm no expert - see detail carving to the top edge of the fireplace, which gives a clue to the style. It is in reasonable condition for age - no major scratches or scuffs, but does have some fine marks. Dimensions are as follows: Height 1.35m Width - 1.3m Depth - 110mm to top ledge - bevelled lower shelf protrudes by an additional 60mm in the centre Opening dimensions are 0.99m x 0.99m and there is approx 65mm clearance between the back edge of the opening and the back of the main return edges.
