I have another young daughter so have my hands very full and would like Molly to be in work as she loves to be pampered and ridden. She thrives on attention. Carter is our much loved pony having been with us 3 years. So this is a sad sale. He is 6 yrs old and he has been showing regularly over the summer in M &M and cradle and nursery stakes, first ridden show hunter and show pony for 2 seasons winning and placed in many. He has been hunting for 2 seasons one on lead rein one off. Competed in Hunter trails, and pony racing. He regularly attends pony club and has show jumping working hunter and Flat work lessons, he has competed for his pony club at showjumping. He has been on badminton ride last Sep jumping round confidently. My 7 yr old son rides him at home on hacks and has had few lead rein lessons on him but is not that intrested for me to keep him for the odd ride. This is a versatile little pony and really easy to do good to shoe, clip, catch,load, travel. Would suit a confident little rider. He has hunted on and off the lead but he is quite forward off lead out hunting so would have to be confident little rider in company.

Perfect leadrein/first pony for sale

Glynwyn the gangster aka Bumble is a rising 7 (May section A gelding. Bumble is for sale through no fault of his own and his been foot perfect since the day I first owned him. Was originally backed by a 6 year old girl and ridden on by her; he has then been the perfect leadrein for a 4 year old boy since. Bumble is perfect to handle in everyway with impeccable manners. He can be sharp to pick up his back feet but never kicks out, just picks them up quickly. Very safe in all ways and extremely trustworthy. Safe to load, travel, shoe and clip. Always been snaffle mouthed, never strong or silly. He has been shown both in hand and ridden always receiving good comments, safe and level headed on a show ground even as a 4 yo. Extremely friendly pony with both people and horses. Has lived both in and out over winter. Bumble would be perfect pony for a child interested in leadrein showing, or a small confident child off of leadrein. It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this advert for my son's super first pony who has now been outgrown. Bracken is a fab lead rein/first ridden pony who has happily taken my son to shows, jumping, beach rides, hacking and pony club. He took my son to his first ever show where they won all their classes and went on to be ridden ring champion! He is good to tie up to be groomed, fussed and bathed. 12.2hh gorgeous Leadrein/first pony gelding

Fred is 13yrs old and is a 12.2hh Welsh b gelding. He is fantastic on the leadrein and has been used on pony days, pony rides at fetes and pony parties. He loves to be groomed and will stand there all day and doesn't fidget. Good to catch even in a big grassy field. Normally caught in by a 6yr old. Lives out 24/7 but happy to be stabled too. Barefoot and good to trim. All wormed, including recent worm count. Teeth and back regularly checked too. Good with other horses both mares and geldings. Off the leadrein he never bucks or rears. Quite lazy to get going in the school so needs a lot of leg to move through his transitions. His party trick when he gets bored is to zoom across to the gate! He is very clever but not in a nasty way he is just very cheeky! Never bitten or kicked. Never been sick or sorry or suffered from laminitis. Lives off fresh air so very cheap to keep! Isabelle loves to hack out so would need to be safe and not spooky, good in traffic etc. She also has a weekly lesson so if used to the school would be even better. This little chap is 3 years old and has been broken this year. He has manners to die for both on the ground and ridden. He is easy to do in all ways. He is standing at around 12h and has some lovely paces and is easy on the eye so would excel in the showing world.
