It could also lead to the motor dying (this mostly applies to electric motors). I will inspect, remove and sharpen the blade. Clean all the air ducts and filter and scrape off all the solid accumulated dirt from the inlet tunnel. Check for visual damage, and carry out a thorough safety inspection. Start and test your lawn mower after the service in front of you, to make sure you are happy with the result. If a part needs to be replaced, I will investigate for you, find out the price, so that you can make a decision whether to fix it or not. If your lawn mower is beyond repair, I will only charge you £8 (a call out fee). I could also dispose of it if you want me to (up to you).
