Full rig boat with XD kit. All parts present and in good condition, but used. This sale includes the sail, rigging, a sail bag, foils, and a Rooster branded sailing foil bag. Also includes wishbone spar racks. These are perfect for moving the boat or just packing the spars. A dinghy cover is included. This is only 2 years old. There is also the necessary launching trolley, and a road trailer that has been modified to carry the Laser dinghy. Hull is watertight and has suffered no damage, but the deck needs attention and some work. The car key in the last photo will give you an indication of the scale of repair, and this boat should not be sailed until necessary repairs are done. Then it will make an excellent beginner racing dinghy, or first dinghy for a teenager. Laser sailing Dinghy full xd Nice stiff hull had a very easy life (). Doesn't take on any water and the step holds water (use Teflon disc to minimise wear) it is competitive club boat and ready to sail. The gunwales are really solid. It took me a while to find solid hull with little flex and no side deck delamination from the foam core. Radial Rig - nice sail couple of years old Full Rig - old sail but useable 3 Tillers one low profile carbon tiller and carbon extension two regular Tillers. New solid wheel trolley (not pictured). Rooster one. Most of the XD kit is 2 to 3 years old and has had limited use due to not having time to sail hence decided to put the boat up for sale. More pics to follow. Laser Radial Sailing Dinghy XD PRICE REDUCED

PRICE REDUCED! Have owned this laser for 5 years but have lost storage now so must go. I am an RYA instructor so you can rest assured the boat has been properly looked after and not abused like many older dinghies! Hull is in fab condition for age. Scratches on the underside as would be expected, but still a smooth, quick hull. Crucially the mast step is not worn and has not been bodged back together in the past - it is just as it came out the factory! There are no soft spots on the deck, no signs of delamination etc. It may be 40-odd years old but no reason it wouldn't do another 40 quite happily. In terms of rigging everything is much newer than the hull. Decent quality rooster radial sail with battens, always kept rolled and bagged. Spars all straight and foils in generally good condition. I have modified the rig so that the outhaul and downhaul come down to the deck for easy adjustment on the water (a home-made XD kit). Perfectly legal for racing. Kicker has high purchase so again ideal for racing. I have raced it and it has proven itself as a very quick boat. Any questions do not hesitate to ask. GP 14 Sailing Dinghy with combi trailer

Eye-catching wooden boat in good repair for age. The GP14 class has been around since the late 's, and is equally at home on inland or sheltered coastal waters. GP stands for General Purpose, and that's exactly what they are. Hull paint and deck varnish in sound condition, with some variation in varnish colour, and internal varnish and raised floor non-slip deck paint is very serviceable. The boat is ready to use and enjoy for the season. Aluminium mast and boom, with kicker and horse mainsheet. Standing and running rigging in good order. Lifting wooden centreboard and rudder with aluminium tiller and extension. There are three mainsails, one with a non matching number is still pretty stiff and crinkly, with a jib and a genoa in similar condition. The other two are nothing to write home about, although one, again with a non matching number has 2 sets of reefing points and a flotation envelope at the head. I have not tried to use it There is a spinnaker, with yet another number, and pole, although the control lines and blocks etc are not fitted, and may not all be there. For storage protection an aged mast-up boat cover in working condition is included, with a small amount of damage around the rudder pintle. The no braked combination trailer and launching trolley is definitely not new, but the tyres and wheel bearings are in good condition, and the road axles are on isolastic type suspension units. The steel chassis are galvanised, and show no sign of corrosion. There is no safety chain/cable, so you may like to fashion your own, and there is no lighting board. There are 2 elderly life-jackets (not buoyancy aids), which can be manually inflated, or gas operated, but one has no CO2 cartridge, but are easy to obtain and replace.
