One owner from new. Bought in . Dark blue hull, complete with 1 x jib, 1 x main and 1 x light blue gennaker, combi trailer with top and bottom covers. Hull foils and spars are in excellent condition and the boat is sold with all original ropes and fittings. The Main, Jib & Gennaker are original Hyde sail. The covers are in excellent condition, with no rips or tears. The combi road trailer/launching trolley has been very lightly used and is complete with a spare wheel (very useful if travelling with the trailer). The overall condition of the boat is superb, it has not even seen water for 8 Years, and never raced. I’m sure first to see will buy as this is a lovely example of this class of boat. GRP Solo built by J Stone & Son in Salcombe, first registered in August . Blue hull, white cockpit with varnished wooden cross member and braced centre board case top. No leaks and the hull is smooth with no major dings, or accident repairs and no splits. Foils also in good shape, with much attention with the wet and dry. Generally ship shape and in good condition, mainly sailed at Frensham Ponds where the boat has spent most of its life, but also sailed in the Camel Estuary and at Hayling Island. It has been stored rolled in its original sail bag in a study area. Small creases have occurred (see photos) across each roll of the sail during storage that will flatten out once in use. The sail is 7.06 m2 in size and is made from 3.8 Dacron with a recommended weight of 60 kg+ & incorporates ILCA Red Button. Laser genuine bag is also in excellent condition. built ish, standard 3.8 sail (5/6 years old in good/excellent condition), complete, ready for water. Overall dinghy mixed condition: mast step watertight but needs some cosmetic at lip; repairs under gunwhale at trolley support but looks solid; crazing and cracking in places in cockpit and on deck, but deck is very firm. Mast, boom and deck true. For last ten years sailed one week a year (Kippford Week). Includes newish trolley, ancient but serviceable cover and, for free, a road trailer (for local roads not motorway). Go faster kit included (not set up in image because that used to be done by someone now in NZ!) NB the hatch is the cockpit (for refreshments!) not near the mast step - that's just the lid, oops! Old laser dinghy sail .   The sail has clearly been well used and would suit someone wishing to have a spare sail for those heavy weather days   where you dare not break out your best sail. Alternatively it can be used as a training sail. There are some areas of staining and some small knicks on the mast sleeve, but this will not affect performance.  There is also a very small tear the size of a 5 pence piece in the centre of the sail. This is easily fixed with an inch of sail repair tape. Collection possible from S13 Sheffield. Please see my other laser sail auctions.
