Large outside space, technically a workshop but as you can see it's really your choice what you use it for. These designs look lovely painted and used as a studio/ summer house, office space or gym whatever. They are great as a work space, this is one of the reasons why I brought it. It's very versatile and can easily be changed into a play room/ summer house etc. It's currently being used as a gym, storage area and workshop. The shop is in good condition, it is only a year or so old and I'm pretty sure it has a ten year guarantee on it. There is also the wooden flooring designed for a workshop (heavy use). Large Garden Shed / Summer House, Double Glazed Door & 6 Windows, Dismantled  This shed was assembled by extending an original shed to double in size. When it was dismantled we noticed that some of the wood on the older part of the building were damaged and the apex sides had to be cut to fit the transport. As you can see on the pictures, some of the panels need repairing However with a small amount of various types of wood, would restore it to its original state. No flooring is included. New felt is needed, however we still has the original good quality felt that was cut in mostly large pieces and some could probably be reused. Original was 6.1m x 5.4m Please see picture for panels' dimensions  It comes with some 50mm Celotex insulation that was in the roof 6 double glazed UPVC windows 1 UPVC double door, also double glazed 8x2 Inches roof joists 5.4m x 19 cm x 4.3 cm thick About 50% of wooden structure for the foundation (the rest was damaged on removal) For the roof there are 90% of 12mm 8ft x 4ft OSB boards (10% has been damaged on removal) ono very cheap considering how much they go for online a 20ft by 10 go for that much and this is much bigger You will need a very big Luton Van Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit
