Stunning big desk in a really good condition for age - there is some related surface wear and very small split to one corner edging, but nothing major and nothing that detracts from this beautiful big piece of furniture. All original, from the plank top to the drawer handles. The desk has a total of eight drawers, three across the frieze, three in the left pedestal and two in the right, the lower one being a double size file drawer which takes standard Foolscap files. The drawers are fitted with swan-neck handles. The top three drawers are fitted with working locks and comes complete with key.
