Its in perfect condition, Only been Seated on a Couple of times!! The whole sofa can be taken apart into Three parts when wanting to move its location. So this is also handy when the sofa needs to be collected after being sold. The three parts of the sofa are put together into one whole 4 seater with bolts and brackets. So the bolts just fall in place into the brackets when alligned and set in its location. Each side of the sofa has a manual recline foot rest option. This is done by a manual lever on each side.
