Excellent condition with a minimal amount of staining. It measures 86cm tall. The two longest sides are 100cm. The doors across the front is 80cm wide and, if you paid attention in school you will be able to work out that the shorter sides are 40cm. It has a wooden ramp to join the two levels. I have a 4ft two storey Pet cage made by Sunny Pets. It has a lift up roof for easy access and the top floor has plastic coating for easy cleaning. A ladder gives access to the grass but has a hatch which can be closed to keep pets up top at nights. Also has handles on each side for easy carrying. Used but good condition so has the normal nibbled wood parts to doors and ladder. Measurements are:- 4 ft long x 20 " Wide x 33 " Tall. Buyer to collect from Wokingham.
