The back inside of the cupboard has been roughly removed as the computer unit we had was too deep. The top is marked and there are odd grazes and nicks here and there.... Unlike cheaper desks, this will not suffer the effects of twist or warp. When we bought this, we were advised to buy a good Yew one. Heavy construction.
