12x10 garden shed This 12x10 shed is made from 13mm T&G cladding on all the walls 3x2 frame work(75mm x 50mm) including the roof and floor roofing is 13mm thick and the felt is heavy duty 40kg green mineral felt we don't use any o.s.b or chipboard in any of our shed roof and floors Flooring we use is Tanalised (pressure treated timber) and is 22mm thick the floor has got a 25 year anti rot guarantee The whole shed does come pre treated with one of our treatments but we do recommend to all our customers to do a further treatment at least once a year with anything oil based or a varnish                                               Windows & Doors Doors and window positions will come as they are in the photo,as we manufacture all our sheds ourselves  we can move doors and windows anywhere on the shed where is most suitable for you,this will be at No Extra Cost We Can also make the doors higher, lower or even a single door. Sizes of doors we do are: double doors 6ft high x 5ft wide overall single door either 2ft wide, 3ft wide or max 3ft wide by 6ft high windows are made from 4mm thick glass and are 38 inches wide x 21 inches deep(as in the photo) these can be positioned any way or anywhere on the shed,we also do glass 18 inches wide by 2ft high or 2ft x 2ft                                                                                                      SHED BASE, FOUNDATIONS,ACCESS please have a solid base ready prior to delivery and easy access bases can be made from concrete,slabs,eco bases or  timber framed bases,if your making your base from timber them please get in touch before you do because its has to be made a certain way so our floor joist suit and land on yours you would need to have at least 8ft high clearance to get this shed in to your garden Because of insurance purposes our deliverers would not be able to lift sections over a neighbours fence or wall If you have any issues with access into your garden please let us no as there might be something we could do to help                                                   DELIVERIES   Delivery times will differ depending on where you live, so please get in touch for a delivery time before you purchase Delivery and fitting is normally around 8-12 days max We will deliver and erect the shed any where in the west midlands for free of charge,we will also deliver anywhere else in the uk at a reasonable fee we don't deliver to Scotland There are many different styles and sizes of sheds that we do,if you don't see what you are looking for then please get in touch and we will do our best to help with your enquiry If you have any questions please email or call                                                                                     Thanks
