Laney VAw vintage valve amplifier tube amp head EL34 VA 100 rare burman

Fairly rare Laney, only made for a short period between Klipps and the Pro tube, both fairly legendary. This deserves the status because its a great amp with a much less copied from Marshall circuit. Suspect its a lot more copied from Burman, it sounds loads like by Burman Pro Series gain channel, has the cascaded gain controls and active mid that make them stand out. Laney 15 Watt all valve Guitar Amp for Sale. Footswitch included (the amp doesn't come with one new). This amp sounds fantastic, 2 channels (clean and driven). The amp is based loosely on a Vox AC15 sound, think classic British tone. The bright switch also allows you to get some nice sparkly cleans. The driven sound can get quite distorted (say ACDC level) and even get into fairly high gain territory with an overdrive pedal. I bought this amp to use at home and in the studio as it's a little smaller with a lower power outage. Perfect for home use and good tone without complaints from neighbours I've also used it for rehearsals and even the odd gig with a mic in front of it. Simms Watts GE100 valve power amp solid state preamp amplifier head 100w bass

Simms watts trying to get modern, transistorised preamp, so all the control options that offers, like graphic eq, and a valve power section for that warmth. Kind of think this is a bass head, 100w is too much for guitar, but guitarists use 100w heads all the time, so can consider it either. This has been serviced by SMP Artizan, who I can't link, so guess google them, new caps and such so it is low noise and stable. Peavey Guitar Valve Tube Head Amplifier Custom Flight Case Amp Marshall Mesa Orange

Peavey Guitar Head This head is in fantastic working condition. The amp comes with a custom flight case by Castle Cases. If you remove the top of the flight case, the head can stay in the bottom of the flight case with all cables fitting in the back. Makes it super easy when gigging. Please see photos. I had the head modified (by a professional amp maker) to a removable IEC/Kettle Lead, as I found the built in kettle lead frustrating and it wouldn't fit in the flight case with the plug trailing out of the back. The reason it is at an angle is this is the only way this can be fitted safely. There is the usual small wear and tear to the tolex around the amp, nothing serious at all. Currently the amp has the standard grill mod, so you see the tube glowing from the front. I can revert is to original very easily before collection/delivery. I personally thought it looked cooler without. I have the piece of wood featuring the Peavey logo which will be supplied to you either way. There is a picture of this in the photos. The amp also comes with a red trimmed dust cover (see last photo)! I've used this amp live and it has enough beef to compete with a live band. Clean channel is based on a Deluxe reverb (awesome) and has a Fat Boost switch to take it into more tweed like territory if desired. Drive Channel (Burn) is great, very versatile. Trace Elliot Speed Twin 100w Guitar Amplifier (Amp Head)

Trace Elliot Speed Twin 100w Guitar Amplifier Sad to see this go, but have now bought a smaller version of the same amp, so don't need both. Please note, this is for guitar, not bass. This is a beautiful amp from the late 90's. It runs on 5 x 12AX7/ECC83’s and 4 x EL34’s with three switchable channels. There is also the option to run it at stages down to 25w by selecting different mixes of valves. Now for the interesting part. This used to be a combo amp, with two speakers set below. These have been removed and the amp is now just a head. You probably wouldn't realise until you were up close, and it doesn't have any impact on the great sound this amp has. The damping knob on the back is missing (was when I got it, but it has never caused me any issues) and there is some crackling in the effects circuit, but that's something I have never really used. This a professional amp which retailed at over £ back in the day. I am also separately selling a 2x12 cab which I have used with this amp for years and sounds great - have a look...
