October 29th - Autumn Photography Workshop at Batsford
Join Alan Ranger, an internationally acclaimed and award winning professional photographer this Autumn at the 55 acre Batsford Arboretum (Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, GL56 9QB) on a half or one day photography workshop. The field based photography workshops are aimed to teach you how to operate your digital camera, work off the automatic modes and start using more creative settings and improve your eye for taking a great autumnal shot. Suitable for beginners and more advanced photographers, Alan will work with each person individually as we walk around Batsford Arboretum photographing the wonderful autumn colour. We cover close-ups and macro as well as the larger vista's so no matter what your preference is for image style there is something for everybody to enjoy and practise their photography skills. We have exclusive access to the grounds from 8am and I am running two 4hr sessions each day until the end of October. There are two options - 1/2 day - start at 8am or 1pm or 1 day start at 8am and finish at 5pm. Price includes entry to the arboretum. You do not need any specialist equipment for these practical workshops, just your camera and any lenses you have. Tripods can be useful but are not essential. We will be covering a broad range of subjects and styles so there is something for everyone to enjoy and learn from. Choose from these dates: Oct , and 31.
