Kyoto solid wood futon in immaculate condition in

Immaculate condition solid wood futon, it has been kept in the spare room with a throw over it and has never been used as a bed. It still has the fire regs tag attached to it, It has storage shelving either end to keep books, magazines, remotes etc in. Dimensions are; Height -31 inches, Depth- 37.5 inches, Length- 83.5 inches (nearly 7ft long). This is a very solid piece of furniture and similar listings are priced at £100 + I need it gone asap as a new bed is arriving next week. So I am open to sensible offers.
