We have had to make the awful decision to look for a new home for our lovely Cocker Spaniel. Her new family must be knowledgeable about dogs. She needs a caring home without children where she will be the only dog and where her affectionate nature and willingness to please will be appreciated. Sadly she and our Jack Russell do not get on, otherwise we would never have had to part with her. She is rising three, loves to be outside searching in the hedgerows, but is wary of those she doesn't know. She wanders in the garden with our hens and isn't bothered about our guinea-pigs. Chocolate Roan Cocker Spaniel Puppy - loving home needed

We are looking for a forever life long home for Dylan. He is my daughters puppy she bought him two months ago. During that time he has been a much loved member of our family and this choice to look for a new home for him has not been made lightly and is heart breaking for her (we will talk to you about this). Back to Dylan, considering he has only been here for two months he is a wonder dog. He is five months old and a chocolate roan cocker spaniel. He is dog lovers registered, micro chipped, fully vaccinated, flea and worm treatment up to date. He is very healthy and was at the vets last week for worming and a check over. He was weighed and weighs about 8kgs now so growing nicely. He is 99.9% house trained, in the last four weeks he has only had two accidents in the house. He goes to bed about 10pm and then up with us in the morning so he sleeps all the way through and is dry and clean over night. He is a very very clever little dog, so far he has learnt sit, paw, lie down and hunt. Hunt is where we hide treats under cups and he hunts to find which one it's under. He walks nicely on the lead, and is very social with other dogs. He loves to play and learn new things. He is very active as he's a puppy and a spaniel so would be best suited to a family with someone around in the day as I suspect he would get bored if left alone for long periods of time. For someone who has the time he will be absolutely amazing and I think you could teach him so many more tricks. He has his pedigree paper work and vaccination cards. He is amazing with children (we have 4 young ones). They come from a family home (my wife and I and our three month old baby) and they are as affectionate towards the baby as they are to us. We are so so sad to be rehoming them but my wife has developed an allergy during pregnancy and now finds it very hard to give them the affection that they deserve. Reluctantly re-homing our male cocker spaniel. in Bideford

Charlie is a pedigree cocker age 12 he is gold in colour and in excellent health all vaccinations etc up to date, well behaved,sociable, good with other dogs, fantastic with small children. Sadly since our house move 8 months ago he became upset when we had a large building delivery when we were out which has triggered an anxiety about being left at home.
