MOUNTAIN HORSE Leather Protective Jodhpur Boots, Sz 8/42

Mountain Horse Protective jod boots with the steel toe cap protection and strengthened shank under the foot. Very dark brown in colour. UK size 8, european size 42. A generously cut boot, suitable for even wide feet. Previous owner had narrow feet, so they haven't been stretched out of shape. Oiled leather, extremely durable and more waterproof than ordinary leather, ideal for yard work, ground work, riding, or any situation where you don't want your horse standing on your foot and squashing or breaking your toes. I have always used the same boots as these around horses (different pair, different size), especially for groundwork and yard work, and I don't feel particularly safe if I don't. They're a great confidence booster, especially around scatty youngsters, or horses whose sole aim in life seems to be to stand on your foot as long and as often as possible! (No pun intended.) Used but good condition. They weren't used very much at all (a boyfriend who had a few riding lessons) and have plenty of life in them. Very little wear to soles as have only ever been used for riding. (Bf never fancied doing any yard work, and wouldn't do any grooming, ground work, etc.) Please see photos. Elastic tops have sagged a bit, there are a few scuffs to the toes on one boot (see pics), and they are still very servicable boots that will keep your toes protected. I've been using my own boots, exactly the same as these, for years, and they're still going strong. My feet feel vulnerable if I ever wear anything else around horses! These have never had anything stand on them, so steel toe caps are still perfect. Retail for anywhere from £ plus new. Selling here for £23. Personal inspection and collection very welcome, we're about 10 mins from j15 northbound on the A1, on the B, midway between Huntingdon and Peterborough in NE Cambridgeshire. Ladies black Trespass waterproof fleece lined trousers sz 16

As new (tried on but never worn) Women's Trespass waterproof black trousers. Soft fleece lining. I purchased these for a holiday in the snow, but am not sure if they're for skiing and winter sports or just winter hiking. The label says TP75 - waterproof to mm, mvp (whatever that means). These were a bit big for me and also quite a long leg (hence never worn). Please see measurements below as I don't accept returns. Waist approx 38 inches (but has Velcro side tabs to adjust smaller if needed). Inside leg 33 inches, rise of trousers approx 12.5 inches. Inside trouser hem lining has a cuff to further provide protection. Pockets are all zip closure. Really great trousers & just sorry I didn't get to use them.
