King Size Dark Brown Faux Leather Bed

Hi Here I have for sale a beautiful dark brown faux leather bed. The bed is king size, so it is very spacious to lie in. We've had this bed since the end of when we moved into the house, but really used it for far less time as we had a really long lasting bedroom redecoration, so the bed was dismantled and we used another bed in the guest bedroom during that time. So the usage of the bed is far more minimal than the time we've owned it. The bed is in good condition and features a beautiful headboard that is so useful when you need to be sitting up in bed to read a book or watch a bit of television. The length of the bed is so great that neither me (at 158cm) or my husband (at 178cm) touch the end of it with our feet. And the width of it could easily fit another grown up person between us, so no more crowded feeling while you're sleeping! The only down side to this bed is that one of the plastic slat holders is broken, but it still sits in place and does its job fine. As that holder is at the feet side it does not have to support as much weight as the top part of the bed, so it really isn't that big of an issue. We decided to secure it just in case with a bit of tape (pictured) as it didn't bother us at all and we didn't see that much point in replacing it, but if you wanted to - you could, as the replacements are easily available to buy online! But as I said, it is really a very insignificant flaw. The bed comes with a king size spring mattress. It is the same age as the bed. It is medium hardness. You could put a memory foam mattress topper (available from most home shops) over it if you prefer a softer feeling. The reason for selling it is that we decided to create a home office out of a spare bedroom, therefore we want to move our smaller double size bed into our bedroom to save some more space, so the amazing king size bed would have to go, unfortunately. Otherwise, it is a perfectly good bed! Over the time we've had many compliments from our guests about the bed be it the look or the comfort provided by it. But, of course, biggest amount of compliments came after the redecoration when people noticed how amazingly stylish it looks and what cozy and classy feeling it brings to the room. It easily works in a classic bedroom setting, but is just as good in a more contemporary 'lofty' space! Basically, it would work anywhere & bring a touch of style with it to compliment any environment. I have included a couple of pictures to showcase a more classic looking bedding & a more Scandinavian theme for you to see and compare, so the visualisation is easier. All in all, it is a great king size bed with loads of life left in it at a fraction of a shop price for a bed and mattress set, so don't miss this chance to make a great addition to your home.
