The bed has a built-in mattress (i.e. it incorporates the mattress springs and support slats), which is extremely comfy. We are selling a king size version. It is very clean, and we have looked after it, so it is in excellent condition. We had originally planned to keep the bed for ourselves when we moved here to Canterbury from Denmark. However, it turns out it is the wrong size for our new bedroom. That is why we are selling – we will be sad to see it go! The bed is lifted off the ground by short legs that can be detached if desired, and has a support strut that can be attached in the middle. There are 16 slats underneath the springs. Read More
