WANTED: A loving dog for a very loving home

I am looking for a small to medium dog, between the ages of 2 and 9. Ideally must be non molting, for the right breed its not a problem. Needs to be 100% house trained, doesn't suffer separation anxiety, doesn't chew. I would prefer the dog to get on with other dogs and be a gentle calm nature and not show aggression and not be strong on the lead. The sort of breeds I am ideally looking for is: Lhasa Aposa, Shitzu, pug, french bull dog, Dashund, Highland Westies, Jackapoos, etc. I do not mind a cross. Must be up to date with injections and be neutered or spayed. May sound like a lot, but I have had I live in a rented house so unable to have a puppy.
