Extra Large Cabanon Espace 8 Berth Frame Tent

Sadly it's time to sell our lovely Cabanon <strong>Espacestrong> frame <strong>tentstrong> Caught the camp<strong>instrong>g bug late <strong>instrong> life so this hasn't had lots of use but the children are grown and no longer want to come camp<strong>instrong>g so we are downsiz<strong>instrong>g. This is the perfect family <strong>tentstrong> and the pictures don't really do it justice - an ideal <strong>tentstrong> to cope with the variable British weather Rigid poles that fit together with spr<strong>instrong>gs and push fit p<strong>instrong>s - a couple of the spr<strong>instrong>gs have over stretched so we have used a bit of mask<strong>instrong>g tape over the jo<strong>instrong> with no problems - once the frame is put together and the canvas over the top this is a very sturdy <strong>tentstrong> Canvas sides and PVC roof so perfect for all types of weather conditions - was proofed when we first got the <strong>tentstrong> and is still waterproof Can be secured with guide ropes and elastics & <strong>tentstrong> pegs so very sturdy and withstands w<strong>instrong>dy conditions - <strong>tentstrong> pegs <strong>instrong>cluded <strong>instrong> the list<strong>instrong>g It has 3 self-conta<strong>instrong>ed sleep<strong>instrong>g compartments - all held <strong>instrong> place with loops and elastics - some elastics have started to perish but replacements are easy to f<strong>instrong>d <strong>instrong> any camp<strong>instrong>g shop and we have a few spares be<strong>instrong>g sold with the <strong>tentstrong>. There are 2 double compartments and one that we used as our ma<strong>instrong> bedroom but it can be split <strong>instrong>to another 2 doubles with the use of the <strong>instrong>tegral divider giv<strong>instrong>g 4 double bedroom compartments sleep<strong>instrong>g 8 people Each bedroom compartment has a PVC base so is waterproof and faces onto a short corridor which is curta<strong>instrong>ed off from the rest of the <strong>tentstrong> so lots of privacy The ma<strong>instrong> area has 2 front door sized open<strong>instrong>gs and the front can be unzipped and rolled up completely to open the <strong>tentstrong> up fully - ideal when it is especially sunny and you want some shade The side also opens to give an alternative entrance - this side has a canopy for additional shade The other side is designed to be the "kitchen" area and this has a net "w<strong>instrong>dow" to allow for air-flow - this has a waterproof cover that rolls down when the "kitchen" is not <strong>instrong> use The size of the <strong>tentstrong> is approx 5m x 6m accord<strong>instrong>g to the reviews - I have never measured it! The larger bedroom also has a removable screen down the centre for privacy. It's a weather weave so is completely waterproof. It has a footpr<strong>instrong>t groundsheet that covers all the floor space. The efficient five pole tunnel design means you can stand up throughout the <strong>tentstrong>, even <strong>instrong> the bedrooms. Khyam Rigi-dome Exclusior family tent - 8 berth

Very large family <strong>tentstrong> with <strong>Khyamstrong> easy erect system. I am a fairly small woman and manage to put this up (and down) easily myself even with little children runn<strong>instrong>g around 'be<strong>instrong>g helpful'! There are two zip on bedrooms, each with dividers for sleep<strong>instrong>g up to 4 people - very cosily. You can zip out each of the sides to have the bedrooms, or large w<strong>instrong>dow, where you wish. This <strong>tentstrong> has only been used every few years and stored <strong>instrong> a dry shed. There are plenty of pegs, there are hang<strong>instrong>g storage pockets (2 sets I th<strong>instrong>k), we probably have a bit of a ground sheet to cover the ground <strong>instrong> the centre area of the <strong>tentstrong> - a green one rather than the one <strong>instrong> the pictures. The last time we used the <strong>tentstrong> it was water-tight but appreciate it is quite a few years old. We are sell<strong>instrong>g it as the children are all go<strong>instrong>g their separate ways and it is too big for the two of us.
