Originally purchased a few years ago and used a few times, the tent is in good condition and does not leak. It's really spacious inside with fully sealed ground sheet. It is really simple and easy to put up in about 20mins or so with 2 people. One of the zips on the doors/entrances is bust but this has never been a problem due to the porch covering it. This was intentionally purchased for family camping holidays but after one YES JUST ONE camping trip the wife hated camping and now due to a new job and other commitments we only have the time to pack the car, turn up at the hotel and relax on a three day break if we are lucky. The porch in the photo is not installed fully as the washing line was in the way but when installed fully it is not sagging on the roof. Who ever buys this is getting an absolute deal at a fraction of the cost from the shop. When I purchased it I didn't hold back and purchased not only the tent itself but also ALL the extras - the porch, the extra footprint sheet and the carpet. Total cost of this tent when it was purchased less than eight months ago including ALL extras was just short of £700 It can be used as either a complete large room,but it also has two separate compartments that go inside the tent at each end to make an extra two, three or four bedrooms when into four individual rooms and a central room for day use or as an extra bedroom,you can get double airbeds into each one. We got the porch option which gives you another room to store things it has connected poles that means you dont have to guess which one goes where as they link together with ease.
