We are selling our Hi Gear Kalahari 8 tent with the porch and all the accessories you need for a family camping trip. The tent is really spacious and it is full head height! We bought our tent two years ago. It is in excellent condition. The only reason we are now selling this is because we have decided to buy a caravan. We are a family of four who bought the tent to ensure we all had plenty of space. There is absolutely loads of space and with the addition of the porch it is perfect. It is a stable tunnel-style tent with two large partitionable bedrooms in a face-to-face layout, roomy enough for you, your family and all your gear. The bedrooms are at each end of the tent, in 2+2 inners with breathable polyester walls. Bedrooms can also be removed, to give you extra storage space. The large living space has two large windows and hanging storage pockets to help keep it tidy, organised and liveable. Multiple vents along the roof help air flow throughout the tent. There is a sewn in groundsheet however, we bought the additional groundsheet which also comes with this. We also have the carpet for the internal living area as seen on the attached photograph. There are two doors that can be propped and extended out to use for extra shelter from rain or stretching the space out for more room if it's sunny. Other useful features include the water-repellent zips and dual electrical cable access points. We are including the hook up which is Outwell Mains 3 Way Roller Kit with USB & Light. We also have a two burner cooker with the cooking stand which is incredibly useful. It provides two cupboards for food storage and folds up flat in to a very useful bag. The camping fridge is incredibly useful. We have two small children so it has allowed us to keep all fresh food cool. You can also plug this in to your car when you are travelling to the site to ensure everything is cold on arrival. We have a king size airbed which also comes with this. The airbed is fantastic. It is quite high off the ground. You blow it by just plugging this in to the hook up so it only takes a couple of minutes and then you take the air out using the same method! I can honestly say I have had some of my best nights sleep in the tent on this airbed! We are also including two camp beds which we bought for the children. One is in pink and one is blue. Here is our tent we have had it 2 years and now time to upgrade. It was water proofed last year before we went on holiday and glad we did as got caught in a nice down pour and it didn't leak once. it comes with lots of extras from a porch, footprint, electric hook up, camping chairs x5 (4 adult 1 child), wind break, double air bed, porta loo, picnic bench, and the trailer too with a extention to make it deeper that i made myself plus a fitted cover too. Kalahari 8 tent Kalahari Porch Footprint Carpet Footprint Groundsheet Purchased new from Go Outdoors in , used maybe 5/6 times for mainly long weekends. No damage to main tent or porch. All poles also undamaged. Always unpacked and aired fully after each trip including inner bedrooms and carpet. I would honestly say that this tent is in 9/10 condition and if erected in a showroom you wouldn't know it had been used. The only part showing signs of use is the additional groundsheet. Even that gets washed and dried after each trip! We have just returned from a great few days camping for the first time since our 18 month old was born. We have decided that we now need a tent that has a larger living area and porch to accommodate his toys and separate the cooking area.
