for sale is my Kenwood TS-480SAT which covers both HF and 6M. im sure i dont have to tell you what it does and how these perform. this transceiver has had very very little use and unfortunately, i do not have time to enjoy it and use it enough myself. this has all the original packaging and the box. there are one or two bits and bobs that im sure havent even been opened and still inside the box. all the manuals are present aswell. i still have the receipt for this radio which came to over £900 when it was purchased from Martin Lynch. this radio will also operate on 11m which apparently isnt a crime anymore, in the time i have had this radio ive had some really nice contacts with great reports just as you should with a radio of this quality. the 6m band is rocking today and i also have a 5/8 wave sirio vertical antenna for 6m, if your picking up the radio the antenna is yours for £25 if you want it. let me know as i will have to take it down please note i work long shifts in a hospital so if you message me and i dont reply, im not ignoring you and will answer when im home after 9pm. I have decided to sell my JRC 525 general coverage HF receiver. It is in near mint condition with no modifications. I can see no scratches or marks I doubt you will find a better example of this top end radio. It works fantastic and by far the nicest bit of Ham kit I've had. One previous silent key operator but I doubt if its had any use as all. I collected from his son in Birmingham but since I've had it its stayed in its original box. This is a top end receiver. I now have another hobby so time to sell. Non smoking home. I am happy to post as its in its original packing but that will go inside a second box.
