Ursprünglich im März im Düsseldorfer Uzzi-Verlag erschienen, ist das Buch seit Herbst letzten Jahres ausverkauft. Daher entschied sich der I.P. Verlag, die 'Mutter aller Heavy Metal-Satirena€oe allen wissensdurstigen Kindern näherzubringen. Dieses Pseudo-Lexikon enthält alles, was Sie über Heavy Metal wissen müssen. Basiswissen, Bands, Stilrichtungen, Frauen im Rock, blödsinnige Interpretationsversuche nicht minder blödsinniger Heavy Metal-Texte und den ganzen Rest drum herum. In liebevoller Aneinanderreihung werden Fakten verdreht, Lügen gesponnen und Halbwahrheiten als Tatsachen verkauft, bis auch der letzte Edelstahlbolzen zu rosten beginnt. Till Burgwächter schreibt auf, was viele Headbanger/Innen heimlich unter der Bettdecke denken. Dabei sind seine Thesen so einleuchtend, dass manche mittlerweile selbst von den betroffenen Musikern für die Wahrheit gehalten werden. Wer dieses Buch nicht gelesen hat, ist nicht Metal! Da hilft all das Haare schütteln, nach Wacken/Balingen fahren und 'Slayera€oe-Grölen nichts. Und bitte, bedenken Sie die Alternativen: Wer nicht Metal ist, ist zwangsläufig Rapper oder Popper.
