Antique Japanese sword in koshirae (wakizashi), Edo period

Click here to view this lot Antique Japanese sword in koshirae (shinogi-zukuri wakizashi). The blade was forged in Edo period, "mumei" (school and maker unknown). The blade has original good polish and shows some fine scratches, "mokume hada suguha hamon", "/komidare", "ubu nakago" (not shortened). Length "nagasa": 45.6 cm, length in koshirae: 73 cm, "motogasane" (sheet thickness at the nakago): 7 mm, "motohaba" (blade width at the nakago): 2.9 cm, "sori" (bend): 1 cm. There is no chip, no crack, no bend in the blade and "cutting edge" is very sharp, guaranteed no "hagire". The saya has a few small cracks in the varnish. A beautiful antique "kodogu" (sword fittings) finish the sword all the way! This wakizashi is complete and in good collectible condition. The sword has a copy of "torokusho" (Japanese registration certificate), original "torokusho" remains in Japan.I’m not responsible for any import taxes or charges, nor am I liable for any delays at customs or at the post office. Superb condition this version was made from ,jap Russian war to the end of ww2, when I got it I was told it was Navy but tried to do a bit of research found that it could be police, if you look at a co in the USA called lionsgate they have the exact same dirk for sale, as you May see from the photos blade is superb condition without chips rust corrosion or pitting, scabbard the same no dents, grip has slight rubbing to first half inch but minor, all wire intact and solid, safety catch works perfect, total length in scabbard is 44.6 cms, I believe this to be the cheapest one on the market, price includes postage tracked and insured payment by bank transfer or PayPal family and friends please
