A French manuscript made with photo-engraved portraits of the main stars of the French scene at the time (early 20th Century). Each actor, male and female, is identified with his printed name under photographs. This handmade album seems to be divided in two parts: "Grandes vedettes" (Big stars) with 56 portraits and, after some blank leaves, a suite of minor artist offering 44 portraits. At the end, two handwritten pages list the plays seen during the years and , with some details The manuscript is whole leather bound (in black shagreen) with moiré endpapers and all edges gilt.
