It's in very good condition, it does have few chips (retouched with nail varnish as advised by isla customer service - see last 2 photos for details) and some scuffing on pedals but nothing major and simply from use. Stored indoors, lubed and cleaned regularly and treated with love. It's in excellent mechanical working condition. The brake levers and grips are meant for small children.
