16.2hh Welsh D x TB 20yr old brown gelding who has given me the confidence to go from the occasional hack to competing up to 70 cm and has also taken me out hunting for the first time. He is normally ridden 3-5 times a week but is still sensible if left for a week or two. Happy to go for a 30 min wander around the block but he also enjoys a 2-3 hour faster hack. Has jumped both coloured and xc fences however he no longer enjoys doing this. Happy to live in or out with mares and geldings and is fine left on his own for short periods. Excellent to catch, shoe, clip and in all traffic. Hacks both alone and in company (front, middle or back). Good to load but does benefit from doing this regularly and he does prefer to travel without a partition in. Heartbreaking decision to sell my special boy due to complete lack of time to do him the justice he deserves. I've had him 10 months with the intention of making him my forever horse but work commitments have taken over. He's been doing ground work, led out on walks and has been backed but that's as far as I'm able to take him on his journey.
