"Hebi" means snake in Japanese. The lamp was given this name since its metal PVC structure reminds of the animal's shape. Thanks to its flexible structure, the lamp can turn 360°. The lamp shade, also made of metal and rotatable, lets you change the light's direction depending on your specific needs. This XX century design icon was created in by Japanese designer Isao Hosoe for Valenti, Milan (Italy). This lamp is now a part of New York's Museum of Modern Art permanent collection.
