The outer of the rug is a D rip-stop outer that is smooth and slippery, ensuring bedding does not stick. The inner of the rug is a slippery nylon that slides easily over the horses coat, helping to prevent rubbing and chafing.   The outer design of the rug is anatomically shaped to fit closely and comfortably around the horses chest and withers. Dixie, approx 14.2 gelding aged 14. Ex riding school lad who I bought to hack out on but he is just wasted as I am struggling with my pelvis. He hacks alone but prefers company as will call but then just gets on with it. He enjoys exploring and you don't really need the reigns when he knows the route. Dix has obviously worked hard in his life so now deserves a quieter home but is not ready to retire yet, he certainly does not want to teach anymore. He would suit a mature lady who just wants to spuddle about with friends 2 or 3 times a week. Traffic doesn't phase this chap, he's forward going and a very comfortable ride. Will walk past anything with no fuss. Enjoys a good bath and loves being groomed. Lives out most of the time here but does enjoy a good flat out kip when he does come in.
