Collie x Irish Red & White Setter 1yr 3mths Neutered Male

Collie x Irish Red & White Setter 1yr 3mths Neutered Male

Max is a gorgeous, good natured dog who is amazing with children and friendly with other dogs. In fact, he loves nothing better than a good play. So why are we re-homing him? This is a heart-breaking decision and my children are devastated. But it is what is best for Max right now. I have 2 children and 2 jobs and simply no longer have the time to train him properly and give him the attention and exercise he needs. And he does need it! He gets around 2 hours walks a day and also spends most of the day in the garden. Due to his breed, he has unbelievable energy and is also intelligent and needs lots of stimulation. He would greatly benefit from a home with another dog or someone who is around a lot. Also from professional training and could become very good at agility. He is not suitable for someone who will leave him alone all day to go out to work. Without the right amount of exercise and attention he will become agitated and this can result in barking, digging and chewing. He is great with kids and I have no hesitation recommending him to a family. Likewise, he is great with other dogs and just wants to play. A lot! He is large but still a pup and sometimes this gets forgotten. So he will mean work for someone. I do not want to put anyone off but I do want someone 100% suitable for him. Please can you let me know what your circumstances are and what kind of home you could offer our Max. The reason for the £350 price tag is that we want someone who really, really wants him. Not someone who simply likes the look of him. Experience with collies would be a benefit. He has been recently neutered - not because of any aggression as he is incredibly submissive - simply because he was a little too amorous! We look forward to hearing from you! Ad ID:

Full green books, Both were bought from Ireland wild by myself, both are rising 4 come jan. the dappled grey Draught is pure and stands at 16.2 to make 17hh+ she is backed walk trot canter in the school and on a hack, good to load, travel and with traffic, pops a fence (scopey) would make a fantastic hunter, 2 sisters in Ireland are huntsmans horses. Ard Grandpa lines. The irish sports horse is currently just over 16hh, to make 16.2 clover hill lines, lightly backed walk trot canter on a hack and turned away, good to load catch travel fine with traffic not as far on as the draught though, will make an eventer/hunter. They are both currently turned out to grow abit more over winter. Plan was to sell them next summer, currently in winter woolies, but I would sell from field and someone may get a bargain for what they are going to become! If not they can happily stay with me and be made into something wonderful next year:D both very loving girls !! Price EACH Read More
