What is Graded? This means the item has been fully tested but may have some cosmetic damage on the appliance which does not affect the performance of the appliance. There may be a mark or blemish on the machine, or indentation which usually occurs to the back or sides but sometimes can be to the front. Sometimes the machine is in perfect condition because they are part of a cancelled order or has been discontinued. When delivering your appliance we will try to bring the appliance into the room of your choice. They are also not allowed to move any windows, doors etc. The delivery drivers will make every effort to protect your appliance or home from any damage but it is your responsibility for example to move any ornaments or putting a protective layer on the floor to protect it.
