What is Graded Stock? Graded items, sometimes called "seconds" or B grade stock, are brand new items that have been returned to the original manufacturer. Once an item has been sold, whether it reaches the end user or not it cannot be resold as brand new - it has to be sold as graded. Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down.
