I am a member of the Fellowship of Independent Celebrants and I have recently been awarded NOCN Level 3 Funeral units in 'Celebrancy in the UK' I have spent most of my life as a personal assistant whilst bringing up my family. I have also spent several years working as a part time carer for those with learning difficulties in supported living and for the elderly and those suffering dementia. I have also volunteered as a befriender. Before gaining my qualifications with the Fellowship of Independent Celebrants and NOCN (National Open College Network) Level 3 in Funeral Celebrancy I planned and conducted my own parents' funerals. What I Offer I will visit you at home with your friends and family on an occasion convenient to yourselves prior to the ceremony to discuss all your requirements and needs. The ceremony for your loved one will be arranged as per your wishes, making it personal and unique. I will encourage your family and friends to participate by reading poems, readings, eulogies, tributes of their choice but if this proves difficult then of course I can lead the ceremony without participation, or maybe I can help you do a little bit of both. I will liaise between your friends and family in what can be sometimes difficult circumstances and work with executors where there may not be friends or family. I will conduct the service to reflect the style, personality, interests, and hobbies of your loved one. It is important to me that you are happy with your loved one's ceremony; to listen and support you throughout your preparations.

We have two rats here that are in need of a loving home. They were bought as presents for a young child who cannot give them the care they need as the child does not see them everyday.
