This is a very, very lightly used iMac since I bought it new. Works perfectly and in pristine cosmetic condition. The mac has been surplus to requirements almost since new as I use my work notebook. It is is perfect condition as you would expect as if you were to open one brand new from a box. Not a single mark or scratch. I have both the shipping box (ordered direct from Apple UK) as you can see in the photo. The retail colour packaging box is inside the shipping box. Currently has 8gb ram from standard. Total of four slots. Therefore 2 are empty at the moment for upgrading if required. However, It is already plenty fast enough.
