There is another 3-door version of this wardrobe listed in another of my listings. Condition: This cupboard has been used but it is in excellent condition. There are no obvious scratches, only a white emulsion paint make on one of the back panels (see photo). The cupboard has been dismantled to remove it from the room and so that it can be transported easily. The photos show the cupboard fully built and the dismantled panels. The dismantling has been done very carefully, nothing has been damaged, everything is intact. All hinges, screws, nails, shelf-clips dowel and metal rods have either been removed and put together in a bag or are still attached to the cupboard (see photos). The cupboard handles are still attached to the doors. All the panels have been marked on masking tape to indicate which sides of the cupboard they are i.e. the front, back, side, top and bottom panels. And the doors. Anything not marked is a shelf. It had two years of use before we dis-assembled to move house and realised it didn't fit in our new place! Cost new for main components was £430 (receipt available). This makes transportation more difficult. The two frames, in particular, will require a large van/truck to transport. Please ensure you have access to a suitable vehicle! Note this is the taller version of the PAX wardrobe at mm. Please check you have sufficient ceiling height clearance, and a clear path to move the wardrobe into place! We had it in a tenement flat before and it was ideal for the high ceilings. The three shelves (1 glass, 2 solid) have screw holes for the appropriate STRIBERG LED lights. However, the original lights and power units have been repurposed and are not included in the sale. There is some minor cosmetic damage to the laminate edge on the larger glass shelf, but this is not visible when in-situ (photo attached). Also, two of the clothes rail brackets were broken when the wardrobe was moved; these will require to be replaced. Some of the adjustable feet fell off when moving, but it should be a simple job to reattach once in-situ. Reason for sale -------------------- We moved house in September and the wardrobe was surplus to requirement, as the new property has built-in wardrobes.
