Comes with the changing mat and changing mat cover (these were bought separately). The changing mat is inflatable and one of the chambers must have a puncture as it doesn't inflate. We've used it fine for ages the way it is and it doesn't make a difference. There's some sort of watermark on the top but that would be covered by a changing mat. All the slats are intact and there are only a few small scuffs on the white paint-work, as would be expected from daily use.
