Single Layzee Bed with pull out guest bed - great condition

I am selling a single "Layzee Bed" (its a divan style). Instead of a solid base (as with the divan beds), it has a pull out guest bed underneath which has been slept on once! They can be used separately, or put together to make a double - the pull out has foldable legs which raise it to the correct height. Therefore a superb bed to have for a guest room or kids room (ready for all those sleepovers!). The whole thing is in great condition, the most it has been used for solidly is a six month period, from moving into our new house and getting a bigger bed for my son (he's growing too fast!).
