A very comfortable chair that pulls out easily to a good sized single bed. Included are the frame, mattress and cover. Replacement covers can be purchased in a variety of colours and fabrics.  The item is in good condition, with a few small marks on the seat cover.  From a smoke and pet free home. A very good quality item, in good condition, comfortable and clean. Mattress cover and chair cover are machine washable. The mattress is made from a dense foam that is very comfortable for adults and children alike. The bed has only had occasional light use. The only small areas of wear are on one side of the mattress near two corners of the mattress where it rubbed against the metal frame but these areas have been mended over with patches.
