MY INFORMATION DISC INCLUDES AN AGRICULTURAL APPRAISAL FOR YOU TO USE IF YOU DECIDE TO APPLY FOR A TEMPORARY AGRICULTURAL DWELLING ON YOUR PROPERTY.  INCLUDED ON THE DISC IS A "PROPOSED FARMING SYSTEM, AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY OVERVIEW, INFORMATION ABOUT ALPACAS IN THE UK, INFORMATION ABOUT ALPACA MANAGEMENT, A BUSINESS PLAN AND BUDGETS FOR THE PROJECT. ALSO INCLUDED ARE COPIES OF SUCCESSFUL APPEAL DECISIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR TEMPORARY DWELLINGS ON PROPERTIES OF 4 - 5 ACRES WHICH SHOULD BE INCLUDED AS EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT YOUR APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY DWELLING. I BOUGHT MY LOG CABIN SECOND-HAND FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE THE SAME AS ME.  HE BOUGHT THE LOG CABIN NEW, DEVELOPED HIS BUSINESS AND GOT PLANNING PERMISSION TO BUILD A HOUSE, THEN SOLD THE LOG CABIN TO ME.  I'VE BUILT MY HOUSE NOW AND SOLD MY LOG CABIN ONTO TO SOMEONE WHO IS GOING TO DO THE SAME AS ME.  THE LOG CABIN SIMPLY UNBOLTS DOWN THE MIDDLE AND IS LIFTED ONTO TWO LORRIES. I WILL ALSO INCLUDE ON THE DISC A COPY OF THE ARCHITECT'S PROVISIONAL DRAWINGS WHICH WERE USED FOR MY PLANNING APPLICATION, BECAUSE ALTHOUGH YOU WON'T NECESSARILY WANT TO BUILD THE SAME HOUSE AS ME, YOU MIGHT FIND IT HELPFUL FOR IDEAS.
